WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a highly motivated lash extension stylists to join our Washington Avenue salon. Your focus will be on providing excellent lash and brow and creating a 5-star customer experience that will keep our guests coming back!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- 6+ months as a Lash Stylist preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Must be available to work Sundays
